Explore the underwater realm of the Chesapeake Bay and the underground world of a limestone cave. See the fish, reptiles, amphibians and birds that would live in a mountain cove or cypress swamp. Enjoy four hands-on discovery centers and stroll the 3/4-mile elevated boardwalk to see animals in natural habitats. Enjoy magnificent views of the sun from the new observatory and travel the universe in a planetarium show. The new building is totally wheelchair accessible.
